Porcelain Dinner Plate on the Albany or Greek Key Pattern, Schlieger 107- A. The red and green backstamps are shown. It is a luminous creamy white porcelain, hand decorated with a black and gold border. Price given is per plate.
The Albany or Greek Key pattern was produced in the very early 1900s, and I am fortunate to have been told that the original owners received most of these pieces as a wedding gift in 1910. The design could best be described as Edwardian Classic Revival, but works well with Art Deco and Modern decor.
I have 2 plates left - both have faint utensil marks, but are in otherwise excellent condition. The plates are discounted accordingly.
