Bryce Venetian Diamond goblet, in the rare amethyst color. This pattern was produced by Bryce Bros. glass circa 1885. The pattern is often called 'diamond quilted' or simple 'No. 1000'.
The goblet is 6 1/2" high and 3 1/4" across. It is in perfect condition.
This goblet comes from the personal collection of a long time EAPG collector. This pattern has been reproduced, but the repros are easily identified by the thicker lip, and very different color. (This goblet appeared on the cover of Warman's Antiques and Collectibles about 15 years ago).
