Three piece Eastlake parlor set, circa 1870. This was restored by my great grandfather, a Swiss cabinet-maker in the 1960's, and is in very solid condition. The yellow velvet upholstery has stains, but no rips, tears or worn areas. You will want to replace it, of course, but it is quite functional until you do.
Included are a lovely ladies half settee - 35" long, 32" high and 21.5" deep, and 2 side chairs, both identical - 36" high, 19" wide and 19" deep. Both have small stains on the seat that are child's handprints.
All pieces are in excellent ready to use condition. The pieces are nearly 150 years old, so expect normal wear and patina.
