I recently visited a long-time collector of old reamers - he is downsizing and is offering a few for sale! This reamer was made by Anchor Hocking in the 1930's. It features a ribbed bowl and "shrimp" handle. There are no defects.
The reamer measures 8" across and 5 3/4" high.
Vintage reamers are pretty and inexpensive enough for everyday use. I keep at least two in my kitchen, as I always seem to need the juice of a lemon or lime. They are easy to clean and last forever. Please see the other offerings from our Reamer Guy's collection. There are some colored glass and novelty reamers to come.
