A delightful little porcelain dish 4 1/2" x 6 1/2". The design is a lovely woman playing an Irish harp. She wears a crown of green shamrocks and her flowing hair forms the handle.
This piece comes in the original box, which is marked "Harp Butter Plate". It is the creamy white porcelain so typical of Belleek china, with hand painted green shamrocks. The mark is blue, which dates it to 1993 - 1996, but I believe this pattern was discontinued in 1993.
There are no damages, but on careful inspection, there mat be a pinpoint imperfection at the base of her chin - someone like a grain of sand in the glaze. The box does show some wear
A pretty dish for St. Patrick's Day or any day!
