Occupied Japan Porcelain Dish with Hand Painted Pink Roses and Pierced Border
Charming little porcelain trinket dish or candy bowl, 5" across and 1 7/8" high. It has hand painted roses and other flowers in the center and a pierced border on the sides.
The dish is in excellent condition, with very slight wear on the painted flowers. It is marked Occupied Japan on the base, which dates it to 1946 - 1952. It is marked W in a wreath, which some references feel is a transitional Noritake mark.
We are happy to combine orders when possible.
