Beautiful pen knife or fob knife, 2 3/8" long when closed. This knife was made by Charles A. Keene between 1920 and 1925. Both blades are marked Keene, 180 Broadway, New York. The blades were manufactured in Germany.
The knife is 12K gold plated and has a raised floral design. The two blades open without difficulty, though there is minor corrosion or rust on the larger blade,as seen in the photo. If you intend to use it, you may consider professional cleaning and sharpening.
These knives are often called lady's pen knives, but I believe they were originally sold as gentleman's fob knives.
