Included here are 6 pieces of Hocking yellow Princess pattern Depression glass. This pattern was produced from 1931- 1935. Included are 4 octagonal cups, 2" high and 3 1/2" across, and 2 divided grill plates.
The cups are in excellent condition. One grill plate has an small depression and 3 pinpoint spots that look like kiln dirt. Both apparently occurred during manufacture.

Depression glass was manufactured as an attractive but inexpensive (and sometimes free) item. Mold roughness and minor defects, such as tiny bubbles were common and part of the history of Depression glass.
