Carved piece of wood, 9" long, 2" wide and about 3/4" thick. Several figures; a tree or flower, boat, a rabbit and a mushroom have been carved into it. I believe this is part of a cookie press or butter mold. The wood is blackened a bit on the ends, This looks like it may be fire damage.
This was found in an old barn in Pennsylvania. It's an interesting piece of folk art from the late 1800's or early 1900's.
