Beautiful hand painted Russian lacquer box. This vintage box is signed and titled in Russian. The box has six sides and gilt floral decoration around the outer edge and sides. The central medallion is a dark purple color with a floral decoration painted on it. I don't see the name of the school, but it appears to be titled at the top and signed by the artist at the bottom of the decoration. Good, vintage condition. See photos for more details.
