1903 Pocket Watch Seal Fob ~ Gold Filled ~ Bates & Bacon~ Edwardian Period
The Edwardian Period was a time of great social change and witnessed the rise of an extremely wealthy upper class and coincided with "The Gilded Age" in America. This period's style included a mix of styles from earlier Victorian and Art Nouveau Periods.
This yellow gold filled pocket watch fob and seal is 4 1/4" long and the chain and swivel is 5 1/2" long.
The latch mechanism that fits on the pocket or vest is hallmarked Patd Set 22,03. There is a makers mark Bates & Bacon on the swivel. Bates & Bacon were watch makers from Attleboro, MA. The seal has not been monogramed, so ready for yours!
This highly decorative fob and seal is in excellent vintage condition commensurate with age. You won't be disappointed.
