This old Mexican sombrero hat pendant is made of solid copper. It's embossed with a detailed Aztec calendar design and has a silver braid around the stove pipe crown.
The pendant measures 1 3/4 inches across each way. It's 5/8 inch high. The hat hangs from a long 30-inch brass chain. The back of the hat is stamped MEXICO.
This is an old tourist souvenir one would buy on the streets of Taxco or Mexico City, circa 1950s. The hat is in unpolished original patina condition. So nice, you'll want to do the Mexican hat dance around it.
