This early Victorian pin is a long porcelain bar, mounted on a brass backing. The prong-set porcelain is hand-painted with three red and pink roses. They're accented with a bit of greenery.
The pin measures 3 inches long by 1/2 inch high. The back has its original ~C~ clasp. The pin is centered on the back so this can be worn going in any direction.
This pin is unusual in its shape and simplicity. Very pretty. Excellent antique condition. Circa 1890s.
