These old silver-tone metal charms are from the 1920s. They depict some of the notable vocations of the era. There's a policeman, an organ grinder (no monkey), a shoe shine man, a mailman, and the newspaper man.
These charms measure about 1 inch high. Each has a loop so these can be hung from a bracelet or necklace. They appear to be silver-plated on non-magnetic metal. The newsboy has a fissure on the front of his neck but it doesn't go through to the back.
These look like the kind of toys you would find in a box of Cracker Jack though they're not marked. This set of five charming old charms is in great vintage condition.
