This vintage Zuni inlaid necklace keeps it short and sweet while packing a bold Native American punch.
The sterling silver bead necklace becomes two rows of beads in the center. They hold three silver plaques that are inlaid with genuine turquoise, red coral, black onyx and white mother-of-pearl.
Entirely handmade, the necklace measures 15 1/2 inches long. It lays beautifully around the neck. The center measures 1 3/8 inches high. The stones have natural nuances like silver / black matrix and there's a little hole in the red coral.
The silver fishhook clasp holds securely. The necklace weighs 49.8 grams. Unmarked. Acid-tested for sterling silver. Excellent vintage condition. Circa 1970s.
