Benedetto Panetta took his fine jewelry making skills from Italy to New York City and made stunning costume jewelry that looked as good as real.
This vintage ring has a mid-century boomerang design. The ring shank is sterling silver with a good layer of antiqued gold-tone. The boomerang on top is pave set with clear crystal rhinestones.
The ring size is 7. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch across by 1 1/4 inches high. The inside of the ring is marked STER-SHANK and PANETTA.
The stones are bright and intact. The gold-tone metal has age-appropriate tiny dings from being worn but the gold is not worn and it still shines brightly. Overall, in excellent vintage condition. Circa 1950s. This ring is a great example of Panetta's artistry and craftsmanship.
