What a fine key keeper this is. Made in Italy circa 1970s, this keychain with fob is top of the line.
The entire keychain is made of 925 sterling silver except for the ring of 18K yellow gold surrounding the inset Roman medallion fob.
The fob measures 1 inch across. It's attached to a thick sterling link chain that has a screw-open closure on one side. The chain measures about 5 inches around and will hold several keys with no problem.
The thick circle of gold around the medallion is marked 750 for 18K. The back of the fob is marked with the five-point star for Italy, 325, AR for Arezzo (where it was made) and 925 for Sterling Silver. The keychain fob weighs 23 grams. There's one tiny nick at back edge where someone had apparently acid-tested this. You need a magnifier to see it. We had this verified by a jeweler's machine so you can be sure it's genuine sterling and gold.
Overall, condition seems excellent. Looks like it was not used as there's no apparent wear to the fob or chain.
