Not just for Father's Day, this touching sentiment is good for Any Day you have your dad around.
This 1932 greeting card was framed like the old mottos of the day. The card reads...
TO MY DAD - I love my Dad, you bet I do! - And why not let him know it too - In all this world there ne'er could be - A Dad who's half so good to me.
The frame is lithographed tin with glass. It measures 7 1/4 by 9 1/4 inch. The back has a hand-written note...'June 17, 1932 - To my dad from Paul'. This gift was obviously put together by Paul so his dad could hang it up and be reminded that he was appreciated by his son. Touching.
The lithographed graphics are very Art Deco with a design at the top and golf clubs and flags around the message.
Picture is in very good vintage condition. The sentiment still resonates 83 years later. Just add your own name to the back.
