This rare full parure jewelry set by Trifari was so special to them that they took out full-page ads for it in 1958. They had every reason to flaunt it in the fashion magazines...it was a unique and beautiful design.
Called FLOWERING FERN, the set includes necklace, bracelet, brooch and clip earrings. The flowering ferns are white enamel and each has blue enamel painted flowers with clear rhinestone centers. The necklace and bracelet are articulated with multi links. Each of the blue flowers is riveted in place.
The necklace measures 16 inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide. The hook clasp is marked TRIFARI.
The bracelet measures 7 1/2 inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide. The foldover clasp has the Crown Trifari mark.
The matching brooch measures 2 inches each way and has a secure rollover clasp. Unmarked. (No where to put it)
The clip-back earrings measure 1 1/8 by 1 1/4 inches. Each back is marked with the Crown Trifari mark.
There are some age-appropriate fleabites to the blue enamel petal edges. The white enamel and the rhinestones are bright and intact.
Overall, this set is in excellent vintage condition. The four-piece full parure set is hard to find...we're delighted to offer it to you.
