This mid-century jewelry set is truly 'wearable art'. The enamel-on copper parure includes a choker necklace, earrings, and bracelet...all hand-painted in a colorful Modernist floral abstract design. The baked-on dark blue, white, and speckled enamel art is still vibrant. It's a little 'art gallery' of jewelry.
The necklace is choker length and can be lengthened with more chain. As shown, it's 14 inches long by 1 inch wide.
The bracelet measures 7 1/4 inches long by 1 inch wide.
The screwback earrings measure 7/8 inch across by 1 1/2 inches long.
There are a few edge nicks, mostly at the top of one earring. Overall, the pieces are in very good vintage condition. (A re-design thought...the necklace and bracelet can be combined to make one long necklace.) A hard-to-find parure set from the 1950s.
