Nothing makes a bold, impressive statement better this Mid-Century handmade Mexican bracelet. This one is pure Tribal folk art and it's big...hand-hammered of copper, nickel and brass.
The bracelet measures 2 5/8 inches wide at the center, where Aztec symbols of the sun and the god of courage overlap in a striking design.
The inside of the bracelet measures 6 1/4 inches end-to-end metal. The opening is 1 inch for a total of 7 1/4 inches around. There's a slight bit of flex in the cuff so that you can get it on and off pretty easily. The cuff weighs 91 grams.
The inside of the bracelet is stamped MEXICO. This bracelet is circa 1950s. The aged patina is just perfect, giving the metals a mellow glow. Excellent vintage condition.
