We've purposely left the tarnished patina on this ring as some collectors prefer it that way. And it's an old one, circa 1950s.
The ring was made in Denmark (marked inside). The abstract setting is made of sterling silver (tested) and the green stone appears to be genuine jade. The ring top measures 7/8 inch across by 1 inch high. It rises up 1/2 inch from the band.
The ring size as shown is 7.5. The opening in the band gives slight flexibility in size but since the band is pretty sturdy, so it should not be squeezed either way. The band tested for a lower grade of silver (about 800 to 900). The setting tested for sterling.
The large jade stone is about 10mm by 15mm and it's a nice one with a good polish to show off its natural beauty. The ring weighs 16.4 grams. Overall in excellent vintage condition. Very nice old Scandinavian ring. You can polish it if you like.
