R.L...these could be the initials of well-known Modernist / Brutalist jewelry designer Robert Larin. No way to be sure. But the design is very unique and the handcrafting is calculated and well-done, something you expect from an artist.
This bangle bracelet is a thin (2mm) sturdy ring of hand-hammered copper. The top is a precise jumble of copper wrap. It may look random but it's not. Every twist and turn of the copper is thought out. Close your eyes and run your fingers over it and you won't feel any jagged edges. It's chaotic perfection.
The bracelet measures 1 3/4 inches across the top wire work. It's about 8 inches around the inside. It's 5mm thick. The copper has a great patina...the kind you only get with age. Circa 1960s. Excellent condition.
