These ruby red genuine garnets are just bursting with fiery flickers. We've shown it in several photos so you can see how the light reflects the deep red color.
This is an old, early 1900s pin, made in Czechoslovakia. They had a way with garnet jewelry and this one shows off the fastidious multi-prong setting and faceted navette-shaped garnets. The setting is golden bronze-tone. The back is marked M. CZECHOSLOVAKIA.
The pin measures 1 inch across. It looks like a flower, maybe a sunflower. There's an early ~C~ clasp, the kind used during the early 1900s. It's turned to stay in place securely. Under a magnifier, the stones show VERY minimal wear...overall, this pin is in excellent vintage condition. Very pretty.
