Someone must have had tic-tac-toe in mind when they designed this beautiful pin. The oversized pearls aren't quite lined up like the game but each oval pearl is perfectly set in its gold-plated slot.
Incredibly, this circa 1960s pin comes with its original tag. Marked CAPRI on one side with a price of $3 on the other. That's about $25 in today's money which was high-end costume jewelry back then.
The pin measures 1 1/2 inches each way. There's a secure rollover clasp. The pin is in excellent unworn condition.
Capri Jewelry Company of New York made beautiful jewelry from 1952 to 1977.
