We actually don't know exactly what this looks like inside but it's a rare, unopened cardboard box from Alfred Dunhill marked DE-NICOTEA CRYSTAL FILTER CIGARETTE HOLDER.

We think this is a cigarette holder that holds a replaceable crystal filter that traps tar and nicotine. There are reportedly several filters in here, along with the holder.

Box measures 4 1/8 by 2 1/4 by 5/8 inch.

The lid has an Art Deco graphic of male and female silhouettes with cigarette holders in their mouths.

This Dunhill product is in excellent vintage unused unopened condition. Circa 1940s.
