It's all sterling silver with four sleek chains on each side seeming to play 'tug-of-war' on an open heart pendant. The heart is gilded with rose gold over sterling.

Necklace measures 16 to 17 inches, depending on where you clasp it along the extension chain.

The heart measures 5/8 inch each way. Necklace weighs 10.4 grams.

Clasp is signed DYADEMA 925 ITALY. Excellent vintage condition.
