For those who appreciate old hand-crafted ethnic jewelry like we do, feel free to swoon over this set. It's a rare find.

This is vintage Nepalese. Made of gilded brass, the necklace and earrings are abundantly set with genuine red coral stones. There are genuine turquoise stone accents because red coral and turquoise are an ancient Nepalese medium.

The necklace measures 15 inches around. A short extension chain can be added to lengthen this but it's meant to be worn close to the neck for its stunning beauty. The twelve links are all perfect...every stone is in place. Necklace weighs 81.3 grams.

The matching earrings measure 1 1/4 inches across by 2 inches long. They're for pierced ears. Together, they weigh 13.9 grams.

The set has its original patina...has not been polished since it had been boxed away and appears to be unworn.

Excellent vintage condition. Circa mid-century.
