This gorgeous vintage necklace was the result of an auction house and a jewelry designer's collaboration.

The auction house would often get estate jewelry that came from the Golden Age of Hollywood. So along with jewelry designer Stacey Whitmore, they decided to create Jewelry of Legends... jewelry designed to capture the jaw-dropping style of Hollywood’s most famous icons of the 20th century. Inspired by the magnificent jewelry worn by legends like Marilyn Monroe, Ava Gardner, Natalie Wood, Ginger Rogers and Ingrid Bergman, they created a jewelry collection to enable every woman to experience the sparkle of the red carpet.

The necklace is three rows of super lustrous glass faux pearls. The center is a gold-plated pendant of genuine clear Swarovski crystals and one huge crystal rock stone, facet-cut to sparkle across a ballroom.

Necklace measures 18 to 20 inches around with a secure gilt clasp. It's 1 1/2 inches wide at the center.
