Vintage Marcasite Disco Ball Earrings - image 1 of 4

"Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees and "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor were the top 2 Disco songs of all times. So said the Rolling Stone Reader's Poll in 2012.

These earrings probably danced to both these songs back in the 1970s when Disco was a mustgo way to dance and listen to music.

These earrings are dangling disco balls set with silvertone marcasite stones. With a small ball on top, a rod in the center and a large ball at the bottom, the earrings measure 1 1/8 inches across the large ball and 3 1/4 inches long. Together, they weigh 37 grams.

Made for pierced ears with silvertone wires.

They're in excellent vintage condition. Still stayin' alive and surviving and ready to dance.
