NOT a reprint...this original 1890 Wehman's Cook Book is a 100-page soft cover book that tells you how to make...'kidney gravy, oyster chowder, pork fruit cake, mutton pie, hard times pudding'...and many other yummy dishes.

Book measures 5 by 7 inches.

Back cover is an ad for some of Wehman's other books available at the time. Among them are some JOKE books that few would find funny today. Pages are naturally age-toned with some yellowing along the side and bottom edges. Overall, this 1890 book has not been opened (we used our own copy for description).

This is rare, old, unused warehouse stock in fragile but excellent antique condition. (Not a kidney gravy stain in sight.)
