This Mayan warrior figural pendant is cut, carved, engraved, hammered and handwrought out of solid sterling silver.

His accessories are ornately designed. Only his feet are left smooth and unadorned silver...maybe to give him top speed if he needs to run.

This pendant measures 1 1/2 inches across by 2 1/2 inches high. With the added Italian sterling bead chain (18 inches), the necklace weighs 30 grams.

The figure is unmarked but has been acid and machine tested for 925 sterling silver. This is most likely an older Mexican piece that the previous owner had polished.

Excellent vintage condition. A very impressive piece.
