They're clear crystal rhinestones in a cat-eye shape and sparkling strongly against her goldtone face.
Pin measures 1 3/8 by 1 3/4 inches. The double ~C~ clasp probably had a rollover in the center of it but the Cs seem to hold the pin securely in place.
Bright goldtone glows and the glasses sparkle. Excellent vintage condition.
