These adorable fish-on-the-line Modernist earrings are made of solid sterling silver.

Each fish is cut-through on both sides with a squiggly line and eyes. Hold the earring up and you can see through the lines and eyes.

These measure 1 1/2 by 1 3/4 inches. Together they weigh 17.5 grams.

The fish move slightly along the curved hoop fish line. Each earring stem is marked STG. and one has an HH (conjoined) hallmark. We found a conjoined HH hallmark in both a Mexican hallmark book and a Native American hallmark site but not sure if it's either of these.

The clutch backs are silvertone but not sterling.

These still have a bit of age patina since we didn't fully polish them.
