There's something so lovable about penguins. Maybe it's the beer belly and the uppity beak in the air. The black and white tuxedo effect is also endearing.

This one is a charmer, made in Murano by Belle Cose Rare.

It measures just under 9 inches tall. It's 5 inches across the wings and about 4 1/2 inches from belly to tail.

The penguin has a maker's label across its neck (it's removable but we leave it to the buyer). There's another hallmark at the bottom which appears to be etched on the glass.

Excellent vintage condition. No cracks, chips or beer stains.
