This genuine turquoise stone is so fine and attractive that the silversmith who made this set the stone into a close-fitting sterling silver frame with a zig-zag and raised bead design all around. What more do you need when you've got those two things creating the best pendant possible?
A nice chain helps and this pendant has one. It's an Italian 925 sterling silver box chain that's 18 inches long.
The pendant measures 1 inch across by 1 3/4 inches high with the decorative bail. The necklace weighs 18.2 grams.
The pendant is not marked but has been tested for sterling. Possibly unmarked Native American and definitely Southwestern style.
