Each drop of amber measures about 7/8 by 1 inch. The safety pins may be 800 to 900 silver which is commonly used for Baltic amber jewelry. They measure 2 1/2 inches across by 2 1/4 inches long with the amber. Each pin weighs about 5.4 grams.

Each bail is hallmarked...8PR and .7R (the 'R's are backward). These are Baltic amber hallmarks.

And guess what? You can wear these as earrings. They went right through my pierced ears and created a very unique pair of earrings.
