The necklace is 1/2 inch wide at the center and tapers around to a length of 19 inches. It weighs 29.4 grams.
The secure clasp is marked 925 ITALY and there's a designer's hallmark that looks like GV...maybe for 'gold vermeil'.
Necklace is in excellent vintage condition with no issues. Cleopatra would have loved it.
