One is serious in a big black feather hat. The other is smiling in a big pink feather hat.
These two well-hatted ladies are colorful antique Victorian lithographs framed in two beautiful gilded Victorian frames that hang on the wall.
The frames have an openwork floral grill design with an ornate header across the top.
Frames measure 4 1/2 inches across by 6 1/4 inches high. The mats are russet colored velvet with velvet backs and hook for hanging.
The portrait ovals measure about 2 1/2 by 3 1/4 inches. Much as these ladies have inhabited these frames for decades, you could always replace them with your own family portraits.
We've left the gilded patina with just a light wipe but not polished...we leave it to the buyer to decide.
Both frames / lithos are in excellent antique condition with no major issues. Circa 1890s.
