The modernist shape is almost a triangle. This dish is hand-painted and enameled on copper. And the subject is the always-bright, ever-cheery daisy flower.
What a great piece for the table. The dish measures 4 1/2 by 8 inches. It curves up just enough to keep any treats from falling off.
The white, yellow and green daisies are raised on the mottled gold background. The back is enameled in what looks like old gray granite.
The dish is unsigned because most likely, it had a label that came off.
Excellent vintage condition with no chips or crackles. Just those great daisies. Circa 1960.
