For those who like a little 'oomph' to their jewelry...both in looks and heft, this mid-century collar necklace fits the bill (and your neck) very nicely.
It was made by KAFIN, a New York based company in operation from the 1950s to the 1960s. They produced metal jewelry of above average quality.
The necklace measures 15 inches around by 3/4 inch wide. The ring of faux silver links are dotted with smooth coin-like rounds that catch the light. The foldover clasp is marked KAFIN - NEW YORK. Necklace shows light to normal wear...is overall in great condition and impressive in style.
