A rare find.. Nice little antique Chinese enamel lidded pot in the shape of a censer. Wonderful design and shape with white enamel. The interior is a peacock blue. The outside is decorated with buddhist symbols of prosperity. Obscure marks on bottom indicating Chinese origin. Circa early teens to 1920's. Condition is great with the exception of a slight horizontal line going around the middle in the enamel. Measures approximately 3 1/2" high. No holes for incense burning so I am not sure what this vessel was meant for. Probably a scholar item.
