c.1940's RARE 15" Composition Bye-Lo Baby Doll Grace Putman All Original
It is so rare to find a composition Bye-Lo baby - especially one that is in such fantastic condition with no repaint ! Antiqe clothes.
The doll measured 15" from end to end and the head circumference is 12.5". The back of the head reads, "Grace Storey Putnam." The face is in good condition with no craze cracks or damage - the face paint is also original.
Rare brown plastic sleep eyes with upper painted lashes, lightly painted baby fine brown hair (there is some typical rubbing on the back of the head that you can see in the photos) and red lips with no touch ups.
The cloth frog style body is original and in good condition composition hands (Two left hands done at the factory) are in good condition with blushing.
The doll is from a smoke free home and is such a treasure! If you collect Bye-Lo baby dolls, you need this composition doll in your collection!
