20" Antique German Bisque Turned Head Doll by Kestner Alphabet Series
Pretty antique German bisque doll by Kestner that is incised on the back of the head "H" 1/2 still retains the original Kestner plaster pate that has never been taken off but we will have to take it off to ship the doll to you, has a antique mohair wig.
This doll has no damage and no repair. She has a turned head bisque shoulder-head with open mouth and teeth, blue glass sleep eyes, large brushstroked eyelashes, and rosy cheeks.
She is on an antique leather body with lower bisque arms that has no chips or cracks or repairs. She has a darling jointed leather body so she can sit well and is jointed at arms, elbows and knees.
Doll is wearing a original white cotton dress with red trim and floral print motif. The bottom ribbon is worn on the bottom of the skirt. She has white cotton under-garments, and black socks and shoes. From a smoke free environment and is very clean. Circa 1900.
