Automaton doll is 12" tall. With base 14-1/2" tall. This gorgeous automaton comes with incised Block Letter's FG head.....FG stands for Francois Gaultier.

Gaultier supplied heads to numerous automaton makers, such as Roullet & Decamps and Vichy. Costume is for the most part original, except for added lace to cover the fragile antique skirt. Hat is a later addition.
