c.1890 HUGE 10 inch All Bisque German Kestner 329 Doll with Molded Socks
It is so hard to find these rare and wonderful LARGE all bisque dolls! This Kestner is a 329 model - she is marked on the back of her head with "329/25" and she is all bisque and a whopping 10 inch tall without measuring to the top of the wig.
She has a hairline on her back that goes from her arm pit then goes about 1 and 1/2 inch into a very tiny chip, it is pictured. There is no other damage and no repair.
All original with lovely pale bisque, has blue glass set eyes, painted upper and lower lashes, painted brows, chubby rosy cheeks, and molded black shoes with molded white calf length stockings with blue band trim at the top.
Her face is so sweet and pudgy, she looks like a real toddler! Her open mouth looks like she is ready to speak, has four teeth, sweet brunette mohair wig is finished with a soft pink bow to compliment and match her dress. Dress was made from antique fabric.
She has jointed arms and legs and wears a light blue cotton antique summer dress with lots of lace accenting. She comes from a non smoking environment!
