Classical style ewer-shaped silverplated creamer with beaded edges, Greek key banding, and lightly engraved floral festoons on the lower body, circa 1850. On the base is the applied coat of arms mark for James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield. The creamer measures 7 inches high to tip of handle, 4 5/8 inches across the handle and spout, and has a 2 5/8 inch diameter base.
