A fine Fiddle pattern sterling silver tea caddy spoon, initialed "D" in script. Hallmarked Dublin 1813. Length 3 5/8 inches. Weight 13 grams. Along with a matching pair of Fiddle pattern mustard spoons with identical script initial as the tea caddy spoon. Hallmarked Dublin 1816. Length 4 ¼ inches. Combined weight 25 grams. All three pieces were made by Thomas Townsend and retailed by Henry Rooke. The trio has been together since they were purchased in the early 1800s. There is a minor dent on bowl of tea caddy spoon.
