An impressive, large, weighty Old Sheffield Plate two-handled tea tray, circa 1820, with engraved crest and motto, the whole resting on four acanthus feet. Tinned on reverse. Pineapple mark on reverse. Length across handles 28 inches; length to handles 22 inches; width 16 ¼ inches. Height to handle 2 ¼ inches. Condition: very good, with one worn spot above the crest and rubbing to crest.
