An impressive, probably French, reticulated porcelain centerpiece bowl in navette form with hand-painted floral decoration. Bowl is in two sections. Circa 1835. Incise marks on base but no maker's mark. Length 14 ½ inches; width 7 ½ inches; height 9 ½ inches. Rectangular base measures 5 ¾ inches by 4 inches. Condition: one chip on navette point; some slight wear to gilt.
